Trait-d’Union, the new commission of young Haitians to rebuild the state

Young people from twenty organizations have just given birth TRAIT-D’UNION, a structure through which they propose to find a thaw in the multidimensional crisis that is eating away at the country and to rebuild the Haitian state._

TRAIT-D’UNION is the name of the commission for the refoundation of the Haitian state recently created by young people from 28 organizations in order to offer an alternative to the country for the next 30 years and to curb the crisis by intervening on its many aspects, we learned in a press release sent to the editor of The Daily News yesterday Saturday, November 16th.

This new structure composed of 11 members will have the mission « to work for a way out of crisis that will take into account the cyclical and structural aspects of it ». It also aims to « develop the alternative of Haitian youth for the next thirty (30) years and defend the best interests of the nation and those of Haitian youth in particular, » say the young in this release.
