The social and political crisis in Haiti is escalating. The terrorized population does not know where to turn. For good reason, he had called for help from the OAS to play arbitration in the crisis following the systematic refusal of the opposition to dialogue. More recently, he informed a foreign mission coming to the presidential security and, even closer, he asked for humanitarian aid to be sent to Haiti accompanied by logistical means.

A remarkable fact to note in the foreign policy of the executive is the vote of non recognition of the legitimacy of the elected Venezuelan president. A decision that has angered the population including the political opposition. Indeed, the Haitian solution so urged by the international community to always remain the least of the worries of the opposition as well as the power. On both sides, they are courting foreigners to support their antagonistic projects. Those on the one hand, to maintain the power and on the other hand, to dismiss the president in office and to take possession of the state. The people in this scenario, who are called to remain mobilized, are nothing but a means used to achieve the satisfaction of their values.

The hour is serious, the outcome of these meetings scheduled with the American delegation will be determining in the resolution of the crisis. Behind the scenes, there is already a plan to impose on Haitian actors. Such a plan rejected by the opposition, which demands before the letter the inclusion of the departure of Jovenel Moise in the discussions. If foreign emissaries do not consider this option, they risk returning empty-handed, threatening opponents to power. But would they really be able to resist the « whites »?

It should be noted that the content of his types of discussions has always remained secret. The protagonists in their malice have always communicated to the press information puffed. The last meetings with CoreGroupe clearly illustrate this aspect.
