The MENFP finally published the renovated 2019-2020 school calendar
1 min readAfter a September start of the school year that was missed due to the socio-political reality of the country, the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP) published this Tuesday, December 10, the new calendar for the 2019-2020 school year. 147 school days and 6 days off were recorded.
Since last December 2, most of the actors across different cities in the country have responded to the call for the revival of school activities. So, in the calendar of the MENFP, December 2 is considered to be really the date of relaunch until December 23 for the end of year holidays.
The resumption of activities will be January 7 for the year 2020 until July 17 for the closure. In total, 147 school days and 6 days off, except for historical dates, were recorded for an hour equals 735 for the basic and 882 for the secondary.
Regarding the official exams for the year 2020, the permanent baccalaureate will be from 17 to 21 February. For the 9th year, it is for June 29th to July 1st. June 29 to July 3 for ENI and CEF. The final exams for the 13th to the 17th of July and the professional training, from the 27th of july to the 27th of august.
